Emera

Emera is the feminine goddess of the first lights of dawn.

A soft, smooth and mellow wine recalling almond, honey.

It is a varietal Chardonnay, in barrels for  8 months to become protagonist of the winter season, a full-bodied, noble, wrapping  white wine, that perfectly matches well structured dishes mostly based on mushrooms and truffles.

The names of  wines are related to Greek mythology. They are names of minor deities, names that assign a distinctive identity to each label and anticipate what will emerge from  tasting. As every deity tells the story of which is protagonist , so every wine tells its story about the territory in which is born  through the selection of varieties, the forms of farming, the choices of wine making, the use of wood or steel.
